Our Commitment

CruiseHuddle, operated by CruiseConnect LLC, is an adults-only social platform exclusively for users aged 18 and older. We are firmly committed to the safety and protection of children. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form on our platform.

Prohibition of CSAE Content

CruiseHuddle strictly prohibits any content, behavior, or activity that involves, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes but is not limited to:

  • Any imagery, video, or text depicting or promoting the sexual exploitation of minors
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
  • Grooming or solicitation of minors
  • Any content that sexualizes minors in any way
  • Sharing, distributing, or requesting CSAE material
  • Any attempt to use the platform to contact or exploit minors

Age Verification

CruiseHuddle requires all users to be 18 years of age or older. We enforce this through:

  • Mandatory age declaration during registration
  • AI-powered age verification using facial analysis technology
  • Manual review and verification processes for flagged accounts
  • Immediate account termination for any user found to be underage

Detection and Prevention

We employ multiple methods to detect and prevent CSAE on our platform:

  • Automated content moderation systems to scan uploaded images and text
  • Human moderation review of flagged content
  • User reporting tools accessible from any profile, listing, or conversation
  • Proactive monitoring of platform activity for suspicious behavior
  • Regular audits of content and user accounts

Reporting Mechanisms

Users can report suspected CSAE or any concerning content through the following channels:

All reports are reviewed promptly and treated with the highest priority. We aim to review all CSAE-related reports within 24 hours.

Enforcement Actions

When CSAE content or behavior is identified, CruiseHuddle will take immediate action including:

  • Immediate removal of all offending content
  • Permanent suspension of the offending account
  • Preservation of evidence for law enforcement
  • Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline
