boarding ovation tips for getting settled fast

hey huddle folks we sail on ovation next month and ive heard the boarding day can be a bit of a zoo at pier 91 any pro tips for getting onboard and settled quickly like is it worth checking our carryon bags right away or should we just drag them to the windjammer first really wanna maximize that first day vibe and maybe scope out some hot spots 😉 also heard the seaplex can get packed early is that true

We were on Ovation last year. Honestly, planning on a little extra time at the pier saved our sanity – just mentally budget for it. Once onboard, we ditched our carryons at our muster station, then went straight to Solarium Bistro instead of Windjammer. Way quieter, same great views. And yeah, the Seaplex was swamped by early afternoon. If you want to try bumper cars or roller skating, head there right after lunch.

Did a crew member twke your cartyons from your muster station to your cabin? I've always kept all my luggage with me when getting on the ship, mostly since I don't print the cruise luggage tags.
