Mobile Notifications (web/app) Fixed!!

I have to give @pirate-scout a huge shoutout for helping me fix the notification bug we've all been experiening on all mobile platforms. Previously; when you clicked a notification either push or email while on a mobile device; it wouldn't take you directly to the message. On some devices like Android; you actually had to force quit or reload to get the app to refresh. NO MORE!!! And thanks to the patience and perseverance of @pirate-scout that I was able to track down the bug and fix it!! Thank you so much @pirate-scout!!!!
