Special Occasion Dinner on Seascape

We'll be celebrating our anniversary during the sailing and want to plan a really nice dinner for it. I'm leaning towards booking a table at Butcher's Cut, as I've heard their steaks are fantastic. Has anyone had a special occasion dinner there? We're curious about the atmosphere for an anniversary—is it easy to get a table by the window, and do they do anything extra for celebrations? Also, would you recommend making the reservation before we board or is it fine to do once we're on the ship? Trying to get this locked in.

Happy anniversary! I've not sailed on that ship, but I would recommend making the reservation beforehand to ensure you don't miss out. If you are able to call to make the reservation, you might be able to request a table near the window and have a note on the reservation that it's for an anniversary celebration. Hopefully someone who's sailed on that ship recently can chime in with their thoughts.
