whats the vibe like on a 10-day cruise on anthem?

booked for april and we're usually on shorter 5-7 day trips. just curious if the atmosphere and crowd feels different on a longer sailing like this, especially mid-april.

It skews a bit older and much chiller than the weekend party crowd.

Totally get the curiosity about the longer itinerary. Our experience has been that the "chiller" vibe people mention does open up more possibilities for connections as the days go on. You settle into a rhythm, and the usual rush to pack everything in fades. By day four or five, you start seeing the same people in the same spots—like the solarium in the late afternoons—and that familiarity can lead to some really fun, spontaneous interactions if you're all on the same wavelength.
yeah we’re doing anthem next october for 10 days so i’ve been wondering the same thing lol but from what i gathered it’s definitely more laid back than a quick cruise. more sea days so people spread out, you get to actually recognize faces by the end which is cool. im kinda hoping that means the vibe on the sundeck or in the solarium is more relaxed too if you know what i mean, less crowded maybe more opportunity to just do your own thing without feeling watched. since its longer there’s more of everything i guess like themed nights and activities but also more time to just chill and not rush. im thinking packing is different too like more outfits for sure but also maybe some…extra things to bring for fun since you have more nights to play with 😉 mid april might have a mix though right not quite spring break but not full retiree season either. do you think the longer cruise attracts more people looking to…connect or is it more just couples doing their own thing. we’re hoping to meet some cool people for sure.
